Tourist organization of Novi Bečej Municipality, traditionally organizes festive welcome to Santa Claus, on the eve of the New Year holidays, in the end of December. Exciting holiday mood, animators, music and a big city Christmas tree are a special joy for the youngest. On that day, in the center of the town, in front of „Miloje Čiplić“ elementary school, there is an excitement in the air and commotion among children. Colorful stalls with New Year's decorations, sweets and various handicrafts on the theme of the upcoming winter holidays are a real joy for children, and older visitors as well.
